Toe Separators

I ordered Pedes Pocket and Toe Socks, got Toe Spreaders and Toe Socks instead! But after some mail exchanges My Foot Function sent me the correct item and even offered the toe spreaders! Thank you for your generosity. Items are great! Perfect tutorial! I can only recommend!

Regeringen toe spacers and recommended exercises. I have figure 3 to work with.
When I start with the first week, what exercises am I supposed to do?
Like what program do you recommend for my starting weeks?

I've been using products from MyFootFunction for about a year now. Socks, toe socks, pedesboard, pedespocket, duo ball, flextape toe spacers and footband. The quality of them all is excellent! They've helped me big time in my recovery from bad foot pain. Just invest in them and your foot health!

Great way to space out toes, I love the higher cut socks. Will get spacers next.

I have just recently started a new grad nursing program, and my feet, more particularly my left foot has been killing me after a 12-hour shift. I have gotten inserts, but still, that was not helping me. I saw this product mentioned on another nursing tips page, and a few others swore by it, so I thought why not, and gave it a try! After just using it a few times, my feet were really sore afterward, but my foot pain has completely gone away, and no longer lingers after a long shift! Def worth trying.

I received the products very soon after I ordered them, which was a relief since I’ve had pain after foot surgery. My Chiro recommended PedesPocket. I also got the board, roller and spacer kit after visiting the site and seeing other tools. I use all items on a daily basis and scan the code to get instructions on proper use as well as the multiple ways to use each product. I find the videos very thorough, I keep logging in to review and learn more. I also have been receiving challenge emails, I’ve been doing those as well. My feet have recovered much faster since incorporating these products. I keep them with my workout equipment and will utilize several times a week, to keep both feet healthy. I am also encouraging my husband to use them as well, and teaching him as I learn.

Easy to clean, comfortable even when I’m doing yoga the toe spacers have been a life saver for me between PT.

Why didn't I get these sooner??

I was sceptical at first as I had purchased some cheaper lower quality versions, but these where awesome. Tried a pair for my barefoot trail shoes and now I have 10 pairs that I use all the time.

The toe socks I bought fit my toes really well.

I got the toe separator and the pedes pocket for me and my wife. We had tried other toe separators and none as functional as these. I think the minimalist style and lack of lateral brace bands make them more realistic for activity and longer time use. They are helping us transition better to our barefoot shoes!
Tha pedes pocket is a great little tool for exercise and a great pleasure for massage!
If anything, I'd only wish the spacers were less expensive, as I don't think I'd order a second pair due to it's cost.

The Toe Spacer Kit has became a lifesaver!

I do not have bunions, but tight & squeezed toes.. this led to pain & discomfort throughout the day. I have changed my shoes and added spacers & will NEVER look back! Get them if you can relate.

Joseph did a great job to explain overall the initial assessment and in a very practical way also the exercises that he recommends for me. He explained it very simple, easy to follow and show great expertise during the consultation. He took enough time to understand what I was after and tailored the session accordingly. I am very positive that the exercises will help me with my posture, balance and improve the issue with my toe nails following his advice. He was clear in the program that I need with a clear timeline. I hope to start feeling the difference soon.
