It's been designed to help you make the best use of your mini-band and help you follow your training in a more structured and progressive manner to make it easier for you to reach your foot-fitness goals. The band is an excellent tool that you can have with you at all times, and with this workshop in your pocket you can make sure that you stay on top of your training at all times.
