Sport Scientist and MFF co-founder
With my background in Sport Science from Brunel University in London, I moved to Sweden in 2011 where I started working as a Coach and teacher for different schools educating personal trainers. The realisation of how much the foot is neglected in the different fields of sports, health and fitness, got me inspired to further educate myself and do extensive research in foot biomechanics, pathologies and more and its connection to movement and health.
Having now spent several years working with foot exercises and with functional tools with athletes of all types, recreational runners and more, myself and my colleagues at MFF have seen most modern foot problems rehabilitated through training, and our passion is to spread this knowledge to as many people as possible.
Naprapat & MFF teacher
I started as a Naprapat in 1992 in Malmö, Sweden where I gained much of my knowledge. Between 1994 & 2001 I began working with Malmö FF before moving to Ronneby where I opened my first clinic. I have stayed up to date with the latest education and always looked at new approaches outside of my comfort zone.
Working with manual treatments for almost two decades I've realised how mistreated our feet are and how this effects the rest of the body. I pride myself in working with preventative methods and have helped hundreds of patients regain control of their feet and bodies.
Osteopath & MFF certified coach
I trained as a Health Care Therapist at GGI in Surte, Sweden between 2004-2005. In 2005, I started working as a masseur at various companies in Gothenburg, Sweden. 2009-2013 I trained for Osteopath D.O at the Scandinavian Osteopathic College in Gothenburg and started my clinic in Gothenburg in the spring of 2013.
Since then I have enjoyed attending a number of educations to widen my knowledge allowing me more tools to help and guide my patience. In the osteopath world far little time is spent on the foot - I believe in this case I am different.
