    Why book an online-consultation?

This is the best way to get to the root issue of your problems through a personalised approach with movement and gait-analysis, we have several years of experience working with clients virtually and performing video-based gait analysis and movement assessments and are confident working with any movement related issues that you may have, based on your background and goals.

    How does an online-consultation work?

Upon booking you will be sent out a questionnaire to gather more information about your background and history, including any previous diagnosis or assessments that you’ve done. We will prepare for your consultation by looking at your specific goals and needs, and structure the meeting accordingly.

We will book a mutually decided time and day to meet for ca. 60 minutes. During the meeting we will guide you through several movement assessments (walking gait, jumping, heel raises, passive and active mobility, single leg stance) and more depending on your specific case. We will walk you through the results and based on this, your symptoms and history, give you actionable steps towards fixing the root cause of the problem.

    What happens after the consultation?

You will be sent a full summary of the analysis results including a recording of the meeting for your convenience. You’ll be provided with clear and direct actionable steps towards solving your problem. This usually includes an exercise program, shoe wear, and movement habits advice.

We follow-up with you through email on a regular basis to make sure you are on the right path and help you answer any questions that you may have.

Virtual follow-up consultations can be booked at a lower cost as they generally take less time. This will usually include re-assessments and opportunity for us to assess how you’ve been performing the exercises and help you if you meet any barriers or need help progressing.
