We've discovered when educating individuals with foot specific training that few were able to replicate our exercises as often the floor was too hard causing too much discomfort. When introducing this simple equipment we were able to comfortably perform many exercises with little to no discomfort. This increases the efficacy and efficiency of the exercises performed, allowing you to progress more over time.
